If it comes off save the chain and we can reweld for free. If the chain is damaged a new chain will have to be purchased.

If you have been exposed to a hot tub or pool with unbalanced chemicals you may see your ss chain blacken/tarnish. I suggest wash right away or try a cloth dipped in silver cleaner to wipe chain clean.

Do not spray perfume directly on chain, avoid applying lotion and sunscreen directly on chain.

Anklets often get dirtier anditsjust that a dirty chain. Simply wash with soapy water to removed buildup, easiest done in the shower.

The metals 14gf and SS are made of materials to be worn every day. We like to say up to 2+ years! Many manufacturers say up to 10yrs. Our chain is still a delicate material and depending on your lifestyle can determine the longevity. ey are not indestructible! The first time we will reweld at no charge.

If it is everyday wear tarnish, soap and soft tooth brush will work.
If if the tarnish looks more like a chemical reaction, since it’s so dark (when pool/hot tub cleaning products are unbalanced), among other things you will likely need to clean it with a dip silver cleaner. This will take a very fine top layer off and leave your silver brighter. Make sure you get the liquid that is just for silver, not all purpose jewelry cleaner.
